The head is not found
Hold the phone so the floor head stays in view about a metre ahead. Redo the one-time setup from cleaning distance (Settings → Replace saved head) and wait for the green "Selection looks good" hint before saving.
The green trail is in the wrong place
Give Sweep a few seconds looking at the floor after tapping Start so it can measure the floor height. Sweep works best on iPhones with LiDAR (Pro models).
Restoring Sweep Pro
Settings → Restore purchase. Sweep Pro is tied to your Apple ID and works on all your iPhones.
